Main Responsibilities The Quality Project Engineer will lead a local project/program to drive growth, innovation in digitalization and deliver quality and cost improvements. They will be responsible for leading the implementation of these strategic opportunities in alignment with local management. They will ensure successful delivery of project/program outcomes by monitoring and tracking of milestones, identification and risks mitigation. . Lead the implementation of a project at the site in Selzach . Process improvements with Product integration in LIMS . Technical definition and specification for tools and interfaces for existing and new equipment . Facilitate team meetings and ad-hoc meetings local and global . Responsible for CSV and relevant validation of equipment . Identify Project Level Risks . Facilitate escalation and risk mitigation strategies . Develop and maintain program-specific reporting tools, e.g., dashboards, MS Project Plans, Risk Registers, Meeting Minutes, etc. . Prepare Core Team and Executive Dashboards/Decks . Conduct project level analysis and development of improving strategies . Participate in lessons learned and best practice sharing forums as required (Project reflection) . Different specific Project Quality activities in alignment with management . Assure project adherence to Quality and Compliance policies and procedures qualificationWho we are looking for . Minimum Bachelor's degree or Equivalent . Previous experience in Quality and Engineering . Knowledge and experience in project management . Project management certified is a plus . Knowledge / experience of medical or technical industry . Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with relevant levels of the organization . Fluent in German and English (verbal and written) This job based in Selzach and Zuchwil, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 6 months.
